A spacious entertainer's garden with a ceramic salt water pool, outdoor daybeds, and ample seating space to wine, dine, and swim.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, dishwashers, ovens and fridges. The main kitchen is located on the ground floor, whereas the the catering kitchen is located in the basement.

Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, sink, as well as an iron and ironing board.

All rooms are equipped with cooling and heating floors, complemented with fan coils and radiators.

The house has a full alarm system.

Located next to the front door of the main building, the elevator provides access to all three floors. 

In the basement there is an easily accessible, and very spacious two car garage (a very rare commodity in the neighborhood). It has direct access to the elevator.

The house is equipped with high speed wifi that reaches every room. 

Each bedroom is equipped with a large television. The living room is both modern and stylish, with a hidden smart TV inside a closet for a touch of elegance and practicality.

In the garage there is a fully furnished ski closet. Where one can leave their skis, boots, and other accessories as Sierra Nevada is only 40 minutes away!
